UglyFitness is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide a smooth and transparent experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@uglyfitness.shop with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only. If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately for a replacement. UglyFitness reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions, ensuring fairness for all customers.
